As Auckland transitions to Alert Level 3 at 12 noon on Wednesday 12 August, TechCentral will continue to operate with these restrictions in place:
- Repairs will be undertaken, with some delays due to COVID-19 precautions and shipping delays;
- Our call-centre will be operational, taking emails and calls.

Our reception area will be closed to all except courier services (who should ring the door bell on the door handle);
- We request you first contact our Customer Service Representatives by email or phone (below);
- We request that you send in your devices by courier, and we will also send them back to you by courier;
- We request that you make payments online in advance, using payment instructions found at the bottom of your invoices and quotations;
